Job Responsibilities

  • Active Email Communication With Foreign Suppliers And Local Buyers.
  • Telecommunication with foreign suppliers.
  • Creating documents for purchase.
  • Organise documents relating to purchase.
  • Assist in exchange of documents between banks and suppliers.
  • Assist suppliers and banks with information’s during the process of purchase till the end of it.
  • Verifying documents received from banks and suppliers.
  • Seeking orders from suppliers regularly through phone and email.

  • Skills: Communication and writing in English, quick decision making, management.
