Job Responsibilities
PC Support (Desktop & Laptop), IT inventory
Act as Help Desk and provide technical IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Fax, Printers and other IT assets.
Set up new PCs as per the requirement approved by the management.
Must have depth hardware experience.
Must have vast knowledge about MS office application specially Ms Excel.
Have in hand experience of network troubleshooting.
Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to users.
Identify user needs.
Determine network and system requirements
Setup, maintenance and ensure of recording IP camera and CCTV, Wi-Fi device, CCTV, NVR, IP Camera, Attendance device management
Knowledge of LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (Hub, Switch, Router, Firewall, UTM) and their installation, configuration & cabling
Must have knowledge of Operating system installation / troubleshoot.
